Description
The project consists of Payroll migration for Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, China and Japan from SAP Landscape to new environment.
Major Tasks:
Understand the bigger picture of the Global Payroll Migration Projects (especially with countries like Germany, Belgium, China)
Liaise with Global Process Owner (HR Business) and Global IT Subject Matter Experts and consult them (compliment them) through different phases of Project like:
o Requirement Gathering
o Systems Architecture Design
o Data migration Strategy
o Testing Strategy and plans
o Cut over plans
Tasks

Able to contribute independently.
Be able to evaluate and consult the current set-up and propose improvements
Help identify calculation behind wage types or work schedule rules
Assistance in translating technical objects into business language
Support with the development of business tests

Key Skills:
- SAP Basics (read & understand)
- SAP Payroll Expertise (experience in countries mentioned above)
- Time Expert – knowledge
- Understanding of processes before and after payroll run
- Workday Knowledge would be useful
- ABAP – knowledge (SAP Language)
- Project experience
- Experience in similar Migration Projects
