Description
• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java components with a focus on Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Implement and manage microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability ,resilience, and security.
• Integrate APIs, messaging systems, and external services.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines, testing anddeployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high system availability.
Tasks
• Design, develop, and maintain backend Java components with a focus on Spring Framework and Spring Boot

Expectations
• 4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices design patterns, and service-to service communication.• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, JMS, Azure Servicebus, Kafka).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proactive attitude and curiosity for continuous improvement.
Advantages
Nice to have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their managed services.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation.
• Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD B2C, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus,Grafana, ELK).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (JUnit, Testcontainers, WireMock).
• Hands-on experience in work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
