Lead organizational transformation initiatives and business process optimization projects, with a strong focus on ERP systems (especially SAP). This role requires managing complex, cross-cultural, cross-functional projects across multiple business areas, ensuring process efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and business process optimization.
Strong ERP background, particularly with SAP (implementation and usage).
Experience managing cross-cultural, cross-functional, and multi-business area projects.
Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively

• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and across remote, cross-functional teams
