Description
· Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
· Collaborate with other program managers, to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.
· Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and stability of implemented solutions.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with the IT support team, to ensure timely issue resolution.
· Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues and challenges during project implementation.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
· Collaborate with client’s post-implementation to provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and optimize the performance of the solutions.
· Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.
· Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.
· Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
· Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
· Lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on capabilities and best practices.

Expectations
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience of 3 years working with SAP S/4 HANA or QAD including implementation, configuration, and support.
· Experience with modern SAP technologies.
· Knowledge of SAP integration methods and tools.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· SAP S/4 HANA or QAD certification is a significant advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
· 3-5 years of project management experience.
· Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.
· Fluent in English is a must. Local language as well as other languages as required.
· Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
· Strong project management skills such as planning, execution, and implementation.
