Your responsibilities: Platform Administration: Perform daily administration of Jira Cloud and Confluence, including user management, permission schemes, project configurations, and space management.Operational Support: Provide 2nd-level support for Jira and Confluence issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with vendors or 3rd-level support when needed.Configuration Management: Implement and maintain workflows, custom fields, screens, automation rules, and dashboards based on user requirements.Plugin & App Management: Manage and evaluate Atlassian Marketplace apps, ensuring compatibility and performance within the environment.Change & Release Management: Support change management processes, including testing and deploying updates or new configurations in a controlled manner.Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor system performance and usage, generate reports, and provide insights to improve platform efficiency.Documentation & Training: Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide user training or guidance on best practices and platform usage.Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards, including regular audits of permissions and access controls.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity. Hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud and Confluence in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of Atlassian administration, including workflows, permissions, and automation.Familiarity with user support processes and ITSM practices.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize operational needs effectively.Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
