We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leader to join our team and help us achieve or ambitious goals. A Delivery Manager leads an international team of experts that includes roles such as Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Specialists. As a key member of the Delivery Team's leadership group, he collaborates and plays a key role with other leaders in shaping both the team and the Delivery organization. This role is a key strategic hire to ensure Colonnade can successfully design, develop and deliver large Colonnade-wide projects within our transformation program. Delivery Manager will work closely with senior business leaders to ensure delivering innovative insurance solutions that can successfully support business growth. Delivery Manager will manage backlog and delivery in strong collaboration with business leaders and ensure, that the team delivers right solutions on time and with high quality.

DAY-TO-DAY TASKS – MAIN DUTIES

• Lead a multinational team of specialists working in the Commercial area and beresponsible for the delivery and maintenance of core policy and CRM systems.

• Gather internal and external business requirements and demands and develop plans todeliver them effectively.

• Cultivate teamwork through effective leadership and support project teams whereneeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with workstream leads, Product Owners,and senior stakeholders to drive the delivery of agreed outcomes in line with expectations.

• Maintain project-related data within the program reporting framework. Monitor resourcerequirements and issues, and develop action plans to ensure program commitmentsremain on track at the workstream level.

• Develop and manage the team backlog, sprint plans, and resource requirements toenable effective prioritization and delivery of work.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status andproactively addressing any issues or concerns.• Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet businessand client expectations.

• Oversee team performance, provide regular feedback and support, and take appropriateaction to help team members achieve their goals. Provide leadership, coaching, andmentorship to team members.

• Allocate resources effectively to support the implementation of strategic initiatives andachieve organizational goals.

• Work closely with other leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement andinnovation that benefit the organization.

• Foster open and transparent communication within the team, promoting collaboration,knowledge sharing, and effective teamwork.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, supporting the growth andcareer advancement of employees

REQUIREMENTS

Key requirements for success in the role:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization. Articulate, authentic, and credible with the flexibility to adapt to changing strategies and priorities.

• An independent working style and the drive and determination to ensure that plans are implemented effectively. Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with theability to work in a deadline-driven environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to structure and coordinate teamwork effectively.

• Strong experience in Agile Project Management and/or Agile Product Management with in a software delivery environment.

• Experience managing diverse teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong people leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

• Good sense of humor.
