Description
Lead the technical design and implementation of changes across interdependent Core Telco services and repositories.
Develop clean, testable and maintainable code while remaining actively involved in complex implementation and troubleshooting.
Coordinate developers, architects, integration experts and vendors; break down work and remove technical blockers.
Set and enforce engineering practices for code review, automated testing, documentation, security and release readiness.
Analyze legacy code, dependencies and production behavior; drive pragmatic modernization without disrupting services.
Mentor developers, review designs and code, and take ownership of delivery quality from planning through production.
Tasks
- Lead the technical design and implementation of changes across interdependent Core Telco services and repositories.
- Develop clean, testable and maintainable code while remaining actively involved in complex implementation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate developers, architects, integration experts and vendors; break down work and remove technical blockers.

- Mentor developers, review designs and code, and take ownership of delivery quality from planning through production.
Expectations
- 7+ years in software development, including hands-on technical leadership of complex enterprise systems.
- Strong Java- and PHP-based services experience, with practical knowledge of Spring Boot or Quarkus and REST APIs.
- Proven ability to navigate large legacy codebases, distributed systems and multiple repositories with limited documentation.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, containers and Kubernetes-based delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills
