Description
Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end SAP BRIM solutions, focusing on modules like SAP Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, SAP Subscription Order Management, SAP Convergent Invoicing.
Develop and define solution blueprints that align with both business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal performance.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM technical specifications.
Provide architectural oversight for the integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP FICO) and third-party applications. • Implementation Oversight:
Ensure that the solution architecture is adhered to during the implementation phase, addressing any changes or deviations from the plan.
Act as the key decision-maker for all architectural issues and conflicts during the implementation of SAP BRIM.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the smooth deployment of SAP BRIM solutions within the timeline, budget, and scope.
Integration & Optimization:
Oversee the integration of SAP BRIM with various SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and business process automation.
Provide guidance on best practices for integrating SAP BRIM with CRM, finance (SAP FICO), ERP (SAP S/4HANA), and cloud-based solutions.
Identify opportunities for optimization in SAP BRIM processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead a team of developers, consultants, and architects to ensure the solution is designed and implemented effectively.
Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP BRIM best practices, architecture design, and implementation methodologies.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and other teams, ensuring alignment of technical and business requirements.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement:
Engage with business leaders, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that the solution design meets business objectives and aligns with long-term strategic goals.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate SAP BRIM capabilities and its value to the organization.
Review business requirements and ensure that the SAP BRIM solution addresses all critical aspects of billing, revenue management, and compliance.
Risk Management & Troubleshooting:
Proactively identify risks and issues related to the SAP BRIM solution and develop mitigation plans.
Troubleshoot technical problems during design, implementation, and after deployment to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support for complex technical challenges related to the SAP BRIM environment.

Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and other relevant industry guidelines throughout the design and implementation phases.
Expectations
At least 12+ years of experience in SAP solutions, with a minimum of 5+ years specifically in SAP BRIM implementations and support.
o Proven experience in designing and architecting complex SAP BRIM solutions for large-scale organizations.
o Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, and their integration with other SAP systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and SAP CRM.
• Technical Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and configuration.
o Expertise in SAP integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and API management.
o Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and cloud-based solutions.
o Familiarity with telecom, subscription-based, or utilities/high tech industries is preferred.
• Certifications:
o SAP Certification in Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or related areas is highly desirable.
o Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or related SAP modules are a plus.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with agile methodologies in SAP BRIM project implementations.
• Expertise in managing SAP BRIM solutions on cloud platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of billing and revenue management processes across industries such as telecommunications, utilities, high tech and media.
