Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-End Delivery Accountability

  • Own integrated delivery commitment for assigned business capability / stream
  • Consolidate business demand and execution plans into one coherent release roadmap
  • Ensure that no scope element "falls between systems or teams"
  • Define and drive E2E milestone structure and sequencing
  • Ensure alignment between scope ambition and delivery feasibility

The role is accountable for outcome realization, not functional task completion.

E2E Design Orchestration

  • Ensure that E2E solution design is defined on time and at required quality
  • Orchestrate cross-system design alignment in collaboration with architects and System Integrator
  • Facilitate resolution of cross-system design conflicts
  • Escalate structural architectural risks when needed

The role does not replace architects but ensures completeness, alignment, and downstream feasibility of the integrated solution.

Cross-Team & Cross-Domain Coordination

  • Align Business Leads, Factory Leads, Product/System Owners, and related domains
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing
  • Ensure internal and vendor teams operate in synchronized delivery cycles
  • Remove structural impediments impacting E2E flow
  • Ensure downstream readiness is considered during upstream decisions

The role protects delivery flow across phases.

Integrated Planning & Commitment Management

  • Translate business priorities into integrated E2E delivery roadmap
  • Validate feasibility with delivery and factory leadership
  • Establish and communicate realistic release commitments
  • Monitor E2E progress and proactively manage cross-phase risks
  • Escalate deviations that threaten integrated milestone integrity

Commitments are owned at E2E level — not fragmented by phase.

Quality & Readiness Oversight

  • Ensure alignment of E2E testing strategy
  • Validate cross-system integration readiness
  • Oversee release readiness from E2E delivery perspective
  • Confirm that business capability functions end-to-end prior to go-live
  • Provide formal delivery input into release decision

The role ensures production readiness beyond technical completion.

Vendor & Capability Transition Alignment

  • Ensure vendor deliveries are integrated into the E2E plan
  • Identify structural risks related to vendor dependency
  • Support knowledge transfer and internal capability buildup
  • Ensure delivery sustainability beyond external reliance

Tasks

Mission

As an End-to-End Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex business capabilities across multiple systems and teams. Your role is to ensure that business goals are translated into coherent solutions and delivered as integrated, production-ready outcomes.

You will orchestrate collaboration between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure that solutions move smoothly from design through build, testing, and release.

Tasks

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned business capabilities from concept to release
  • Translate business priorities into clear delivery plans and realistic release commitments
  • Ensure alignment between scope, solution design, and delivery feasibility
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate work across multiple systems and teams
  • Align business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks or obstacles impacting delivery progress
  • Support alignment of end-to-end solution design in collaboration with architects and technical teams
  • Monitor integration readiness and ensure delivered capabilities function seamlessly across systems
  • Contribute to release readiness and support successful go-live

Expectations

  • Proven experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in end-to-end delivery, program delivery, or large-scale project leadership
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, systems, and external partners
  • Strong stakeholder management across both business and technology domains
  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in complex environments
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong coordination and communication skills

Employer's offer

  • Company shuttle bus service provided from major public transport hubs to the office
  • Competitive benefits package including private health insurance and cafeteria benefits
  • Access to discounted sports memberships
  • A well-being-focused work environment featuring an on-site gym, outdoor sports facilities, and garden office spaces
  • Opportunities for professional development through trainings, courses, and an online learning platform

Swicon Stories

Real people. Real challenges. Real impact.

„The whole hiring process was a really positive experience for me. I was given the opportunity to move forward professionally and to test myself in a new, more senior role. I was trusted from the start, and I had all the support I needed to take the next step in my career with confidence. They connected me with the right technical contact, and every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, so I never felt left on my own. Communication was smooth, each step built on the one before, and the whole process moved surprisingly fast and without a hitch.”

K. R. – Solution Architect

“Looking back over more than 15 years, Swicon gets top marks from me: it has built itself into a fast-growing multinational, and all the while it has backed its people professionally across the board — it even supported my PMP certification with a proper training course.”

B. T. – Sr. Projectmanager

“I’ve been working with SWICON for almost a year and a half now, and it’s been a positive experience from start to finish. Both the hiring process and the admin side of things ran smoothly, and whenever I had a question, help came quickly. I particularly appreciate how kind and helpful my colleagues are, and the fact that the company genuinely invests in building a community — there are regular programmes and events.
I’ve grown a lot professionally in my time here, too. My tasks and my responsibilities have kept widening, I’ve been able to take on more complex challenges, and I’ve also had the chance to support and mentor others. On the IT side I’ve been given opportunities that made a real difference to where I am professionally, so on the whole I see SWICON as a supportive place that gives you genuine room to grow.”
