Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Intelligence projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and stakeholder communication, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with BI developers, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

Expectations
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in BI or data analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot), data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts.
