Description
• Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
• Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
• Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and interview applicants to determine if they are qualified for the position and would be a good fit for the organization’s culture and needs
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule interviews and orientations for new hires
• Manage applicant tracking system to track hiring status and employee turnover
• Manage E2E recruitment process
• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
Tasks

Expectations
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist
- The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
- Recruitment skills either with an agency or in-house
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Proficient sourcing skills - using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Fast learner – what worked yesterday might not work today
- Full-time availability
