Description

The role sits within the Distribution & International Partner Business Strategy, Program & Experience team, which is responsible for defining global strategies, programs, and experiences across all markets. The position focuses on driving key enablement initiatives that support business growth, process simplification, and consistent program execution worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the harmonization of distribution programs across all markets by creating a unified framework for program categories and naming conventions.
  • Conduct assessments of current distribution incentive programs and naming structures across multiple systems and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (markets, operations, central teams, finance, reporting) to map interdependencies and ensure alignment.
  • Design and implement a standardized naming convention to reduce complexity and enable easier understanding, stronger operations execution, and improved performance tracking.
  • Manage change enablement (MOC) and oversee implementation in collaboration with markets and operations.
  • Evaluate opportunities for automation to improve operational implementation and quality control.
  • Support the drop shipment program deployment, ensuring governance, project tracking, issue resolution, documentation, and effective communication to internal teams and external partners.

Expectations

  • University degree
  • +8-year experience in Business Operations/ Channel Operations
  • Track record in change management and operational governance
  • Project management experience/certification as a plus
  • Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
  • Mastery in English
  • Solid business acumen
  • Knowledge in industry trends, and customer/partner requirements
