We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities for our Czech entity. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, in-depth analysis, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with all local accounting and tax regulations. You will collaborate closely with finance and cross-functional teams across the company and contribute to ongoing finance simplification and standardization efforts within the region. Handle day-to-day general accounting operations (journal entries, accruals, etc.)Process supplier invoices, bank transactions, and employee travel expensesManage billing for both external clients and intercompany transactionsEnsure accurate and timely execution of monthly close activitiesPrepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses, along with ad-hoc financial reportsAnalyze and explain variances in financial performance reportsReconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisMonitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the Czech entityCoordinate payroll processing and HR administration in partnership with an external providerPrepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Czech GAAPSubmit VAT, CIT, and other mandatory tax filings in compliance with local regulationsSupports payroll-related activities, where applicable.
