Tasks
We are seeking a skilled Release Manager to oversee and coordinate release management tasks in a dynamic project within the account management sector.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for Polish partners and ensure smooth communication across different teams regarding project plans, timelines, requirements, and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, and requirements among various teams
- Coordinate the release schedule and resources needed for third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates
- Facilitate both waterfall and agile project methodologies in a semi-agile environment
- Ensure smooth navigation through large-scale projects, adapting to the needs of the business
Expectations
- Strong background in Release Management with experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks with a focus on strong Agile leadership
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Ability to navigate both structured and flexible methodologies as required by the project
