Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager & CSSP (Channel Spare Part Program) Lead.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve processes, monitor performance, and ensure the program meets its business objectives. The role combines project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Tasks
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the CSSP program and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service, Finance, Warehouse, and Channel Partners) to ensure smooth execution of CSSP activities.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Create, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to support business decisions.
- Manage and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) tools used to track CSSP performance and customer activities.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, including projects that support the company's AI strategy.
- Manage the Install Base Refresh project, working with regional teams to improve program performance and policy compliance.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with internal teams and business partners.
- Ensure high customer service levels by working closely with regional service teams and monitoring service-related KPIs.
- Drive improvements in spare parts management and inventory control to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Expectations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a complex project management role.
- Excellent communication skills in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Zoom, Tableau, and Power BI.
Advantages
- Experience with Python and automation processes (2+ years) is considered an advantage.

- Salary: 8,000 RON net
- Schedule: Monday𠄿riday, 09:00�:00
