Description
As a Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and performance across our financial and operational processes. You will partner closely with managers, providing insights, analysis, and guidance to support decision‑making and drive results.
Your role in our team
- Ensure timely delivery of reports on sales, order intake, costs, results, and process KPIs (e.g., throughput time, on‑time delivery). Analyze deviations and align corrective actions with responsible managers.
- Capture requirements for special analyses and deliver them using database queries, SAP reports, and Excel workbooks.
- Lead planning cycles for order intake, sales, costs, internal service allocations, rates and results. Coordinate with managers and consolidate all profit centers.
- Develop new controlling tools, methods, and processes to enhance analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., result optimization, working capital initiatives and service recording/internal allocations). Act as sub‑project lead when needed.
- Support subsidiaries regarding services controlling and reporting and advise on order intake, sales reporting, cost postings, and new processes (e.g., SD module rollouts, controlling tools). Coordinate intercompany transactions for forecasting and planning.
- Clarify requirements for provisions and valuation of work in progress (including bonus agreements, service fees from international partners, complex maintenance contracts, onerous contracts, follow-up costs). Present and explain these topics to auditors when necessary.
- Contribute to selected strategic controlling initiatives that shape the future of the business.

- Eltéréselemzések készítése és akciótervek egyeztetése az üzleti vezetőkkel
- Forecasting és tervezési folyamatok koordinálása
- Profit centerek pénzügyi adatainak konszolidálása
- Ad-hoc üzleti elemzések készítése SAP és Excel segítségével
- Új controlling eszközök, riportok és folyamatok fejlesztése
- Nemzetközi controlling projektek támogatása
- Intercompany folyamatok koordinálása
- Auditorok támogatása pénzügyi és controlling témákban
- Német vezetők támogatása pénzügyi riportokkal és elemzésekkel
Expectations
- Felsőfokú pénzügyi, számviteli vagy controlling végzettség
- Minimum 3 év controlling tapasztalat
- Gyártó/termelő vállalati környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
- SAP CO, FI és/vagy BW ismeret
- Magabiztos Excel tudás
- Folyékony angol nyelvtudás
- Erős analitikus gondolkodásmód
- Önálló és strukturált munkavégzés
- Kiváló kommunikációs készség nemzetközi környezetben
