The HR Background Screening Coordinator (C09) Analyst – EMEA position is responsible for providing operational support to the internal and external candidates across the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region. As a member of the Background Screening team, you are expected to provide operational support including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, candidate and employee contact and follow-up, and the daily completion of administrative tasks and reviews of assigned cases for Background Screening within the region. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operational support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
