Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator combined with Business Analyst capabilities to enhance our Salesforce platform, particularly focusing on the Salesforce forecasting and reporting modules, as well as our product catalog management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration with the analytical skills to leverage data for business insights and strategic planning.

Supporting architect for SFDC and related interfaces (HPD, HubSpot, Trial/POC, Support Sites, etc) and coordinator of development team during releases. Ensures quality of technical development of features/enhancements by contract workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Salesforce Administration:

 - Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

 - Handle user management, permissions, and access controls.

 - Implement and maintain Salesforce security measures and backup protocols.

- Forecasting and Reporting:

 - Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce forecasting and reporting tools to provide accurate sales projections and business insights.

 - Create and automate dashboards and reports to track KPIs and other critical business metrics.

 - Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of sales forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies in sales data.

- Product Catalog Management:

 - Oversee the product catalog setup within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and detailed item descriptions, pricing, and categorization.

 - Work with product development and marketing teams to integrate new products into the catalog effectively.

 - Ensure consistency and accuracy in product information across all platforms and communications.

- Business Analysis:

 - Gather and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications for Salesforce enhancements.

 - Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in sales processes, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.

 - Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to communicate requirements and expectations.

- Training and Support:

 - Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices, usage of forecasting and reporting tools, and product catalog navigation.

 - Develop and maintain documentation for processes, reports, and enhancements.

Expectations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Typically 4 - 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of Salesforce forecasting and reporting modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Familiarity with product catalog management within Salesforce or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and utilizing Salesforce analytics tools.

- Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
